We first met Derek in 2018 when we were looking for a condo in the North Myrtle Beach area. I initially spoke with Derek regarding a property I had found online, and he was very knowledgeable of the property and the area, and was able to advise of potential pitfalls and legal issues with the property. Following that initial discussion, with Derek's help, I was able to find a number of other properties in the area meeting my criteria, and he arranged for prompt showings and obtained detailed information for me to make a good decision for me, offering insight on the area and rentals. When I found the property I was looking for, he walked me through the offer process, and took care of everything, while also giving good advice and advocating and negotiating to ensure the best deal.
